Tier Music is a music management and publishing company based in Tallinn, Estonia. Tier Music was founded in 2016 by Thea Zaitsev and in 2020, its sister company, Tier Music Publishing was formed together with Sandra Perens, to develop writers, artists and their repertoire.
We’re a small collective of like-minded music enthusiasts, providing management and publishing services for artists, producers and writers.
Our current roster features many uniquely talented musicians from various genres. We pride ourselves in finding and developing both underground and cross-over talent with our main focus to build strong independent businesses for each of our clients.
Our strategies are artist driven but we work hard to build their career both locally and internationally.
